Ordering from PopDrop
Mumbai: Orders are delivered within 2 working days.
Other Cities: Delivery may take up to 5 working days, depending on inventory and courier transit times.
Note: All India orders placed on Friday (after 3 PM), Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday morning.
Mumbai: If you’re unavailable at the delivery address, our team will try contacting you on your registered mobile number. Your order will be rescheduled only after your confirmation.
Other Cities: Our courier partner will attempt delivery and contact you directly. If the contact/shipping details are incorrect or you’re unavailable, the order will be returned to the nearest hub. A re-attempt will be made, but in such cases, PopDrop will not be liable for complaints related to product melting.
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, you may place a new order.
After dispatch, changes, cancellations, or refunds will not be possible.

Our website only allows you to place orders for items that are in stock. In the rare event that an out-of-stock item is mistakenly ordered, our support team will contact you and help you with the next steps.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Our team will assist you with the cancellation, and once confirmed, we’ll initiate your refund.
Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
No, there are no extra charges for cancelling an order. The full amount you paid will be refunded.
Refunds are processed back to the same payment method used for the purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
It usually takes 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
Our products are temperature sensitive and need proper storage to maintain quality:
Chocolates:
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place (ideal: 18–22°C).
Avoid refrigeration – below 15°C, chocolate hardens, loses flavor, and may develop a whitish layer (sugar bloom).
If refrigerated, let it rest at room temperature for at least 4 hours before consuming.
Drinks / Canned Drinks:
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
Best served chilled – refrigerate before consumption for the perfect experience.
Do not freeze cans, as this may affect the taste and carbonation.
