At PopDrop, we prioritize delivering the best quality products to our customers. However, due to the perishable nature of our items, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. Exceptions are made only under specific circumstances:

  1. Delayed Delivery: If you do not receive your order within 96 hours of placing it.
  2. Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  3. Tampered or Damaged Product: If the product arrives tampered with or damaged.

Please Note: To ensure a smooth resolution, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product. After this period, we may be unable to assist with any concerns, given the perishable nature of our goods. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Our Rights:

  • We may request product identification to verify the issue.
  • We reserve the right to determine whether the product has been damaged, misused, or used.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used on PopDrop.
  • Expect the refund to be credited to your account within 7-10 business days, following standard banking procedures.

Our Commitment to Quality:

PopDrop takes utmost care to ensure that no expired products are sold. In the rare event you receive an expired product, we will compensate you with a gift voucher worth 10 times the product’s value.

Important: Products that are not expired or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Expiry Date Clarification:

If the product has an expiry date in the format MM/YY, the product remains valid until the end of that month. For instance, an expiry date of 01/21 indicates that the product is safe to use until January 31, 2021.
