At PopDrop, we prioritize delivering the best quality products to our customers. However, due to the perishable nature of our items, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. Exceptions are made only under specific circumstances:

Valid Reasons for Refund or Exchange:
Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

Tampered or Damaged Product: If the product arrives tampered with or damaged.

Please Note: To ensure a smooth resolution, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product. After this period, we may be unable to assist with any concerns, given the perishable nature of our goods. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Our Rights:
We reserve the right to determine whether the product has been damaged, misused, or used.

Refund Process:
Refunds, when applicable, will be credited to your account within 7–10 business days, in accordance with standard banking procedures.

Our Commitment to Quality:
PopDrop takes utmost care to ensure that no expired products are sold. In the rare event you receive an expired product, we will compensate you with a gift voucher worth 10 times the product’s value.

Important: Products that are not expired or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Expiry Date Clarification:
If the product has an expiry date in the format MM/YY, it remains valid until the end of that month.
For example, an expiry date of 01/21 means the product is safe to use until January 31, 2021.
